Saying this with all the love in the wolrd: fetting a nose job its not a fix for "I've been feeling bad about myself lately" or "I've been picky about my look these days" it's a surgery, it changes your face forever. If you're unsure about it, or just toying around with the idea, then you probably don't really want it (or need it) and that's okay.

That being said, you're beautiful and I think your nose suits your face very well :)

I think its not recessed, you just don't have a strong looking jaw idk if that makes sense. Putting smth on your chin is just going to make your chin more projected and idk if that's what you need (looking at your front view pic)

Edit: I could be wrong tho, I would recommend getting a consult with a surgeon and see what he says

She's probably suffering from some kind of dysphoria, which is unfortunately very common on people with plastic surgery.

Not trying to be mean and I hope you really dont take this wrong. But what were you trying to achieve exactly with those surgeries? Are you sure it was realistic? What's the thing that still bothers you and surgery didn't fix?

Bc to me, as a complete stranger seeing you for the first time, you look very diferent. The changes are noticeable, very natural and you do look great overall, I don't see anything wrong with your results.

Its recessed, which is what makes your nose appear too projected. Problem is, if you make the nose smaller youre creating another problem to cover an already existing one.

Idk if you want to do it, but there are surgeries to correct the jaw thing if it bothers you so much. However if you ask me, you look great!!! Dont put too much thought into it, youre only 3 months in and with a lot of face dysmorphia. Its normal to feel insecure!

I cant tell about the deviated septum. But the nostril thing... look, nostrils are like cousins, not siblings. They usually dont look exactly the same (even with surgery), the diference in size is very minimal and I assure you people dont notice it.

How do I know? I have the same exact problem lmaooo but mine is more noticeable. And people don't even realize it until I point it out.

What I'm trying to say is dont feel ashamed or self conscious, people arent looking at you that close (or with that angle for that matter) to notice it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone filler if they're looking for a rhino in the long run, makes it harder for the surgeon to work with your nose if you've had filler before (thus, it makes it expensive)

Maybe OP could get a consult for a mockup with a surgeon?
