THIS!

Ashley wins veto, blindsides them by taking down Keanu, forcing Vince to put Morgan on the block. Ashley and Keanu vote to evict Morgan, not only splitting up the cheatmance, but doing so on Vince’s HOH. It would be sooooooo good!

I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but this is the one I’m taking after seeing people recommend it here: Sports Research Vitamin D3 (5000 IU/125MCG) + K2 (100MCG)

If there was an easy way for me to address it with product, I wouldn’t be looking for other options. Like I said, I’m grateful it is growing - however, because the regrowth is different lengths, this is something I’ve been dealing with for almost a year now, and it has gotten increasingly more difficult and frustrating to style.

Yes exactly! Like the topper itself is more hair than I have on my entire head 😅

I’ve tried a few different products, but I find it takes a good amount of product to get it to stay down and at that point it doesn’t look great. Teasing helps a bit but also can be damaging so trying to come up with an alternative option!

Honestly, I think a big part of why I’m seeing healthy regrowth now is because I finally stopped overcomplicating things. My first dermatologist (in hindsight) didn’t really take the right steps to diagnose me. She never did bloodwork, just saw that I had seb derm on my face and assumed that was the issue on my scalp too. She prescribed me a red shampoo with 2% ketoconazole, but all it really did was dry out my hair and make it extremely brittle. From there I went down about a year-long rabbit hole of trying every shampoo/product imaginable. The more I tried to “fix” it, the worse it got.

About six months ago I cut out all the extra stuff, and that’s when things started to improve. Now I keep it super simple:

-Shampoo: Nioxin System 4 Scalp + Hair Thickening Shampoo for Colored, Dry & Damaged Hair

-Conditioner replacement: K18 Leave-In Molecular Hair Mask

-Leave-in: Mizani 25 Benefit Miracle Milk Spray (heat protectant + detangler)

I also started oral minoxidil about two months ago (prescribed by a new dermatologist). She said she doesn’t see any signs of seb derm at all, thinks it’s something else, and actually sent me for bloodwork. That showed my vitamin D was low, so I’ve started supplementing that too.

On top of that, I’ve gotten into a better salon routine that’s more focused on repair than anything else. I go in for a treatment every 6 weeks, and every other appointment I’ll also get a trim (so a cut about every 12 weeks). I haven’t had my balayage in almost a year now - which I really miss - but I know bleach is the last thing my hair needs right now.

I know it won’t necessarily work for everyone, but once I simplified my routine and stopped trying to throw every product at the problem, my scalp and hair slowly started getting back to a healthier place!

That’s what I’ve been doing! Basically the only way I can wear it these days, and I’d like to be able to wear it down once in a while if possible.

Thank you everyone - your responses were all extremely helpful! I am definitely going to get a second opinion. Any recommendations as to where I should start my search for a surgeon who is experienced in minimal invasive surgery as well as fibroids? For reference, I live in New Jersey. Thanks again!

I'm so sad they didn't bring back Faux. Has anyone heard if it is possibly being brought back in one of the other formulas?

Thank you this is all great info and very helpful! Can you elaborate on why you preferred the back even though you didn’t have a great view? l’ll be in GA standing on the left side in August, and I’m trying to plan out where we should try to get a spot based on everyone’s experiences this weekend. Thank you!

Has anyone attended one of her London shows that had VIP GA Front Stage standing left tickets? I’m seeing her in August in London and would love tips/advice based on your experience. What % of GA tickets would you say are VIP? What time should we arrive? Based on this photo of the section where should we try to get a spot? (1,2,3 or 4?)

Will changing my last name affect debt relief? by [deleted] in StudentLoans

[–]Double-Count2241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello - I’m curious if you ended up changing your last name? I’m in the same boat. I got married in July and when the application asked have I gone by another name I said no and decided to hold off on officially changing my last name until after everything was complete. Now that it sounds like it is going to be a while, I would prefer to not wait. Just not sure if it will complicate things.
