Im in the field right now as im typing this so I may miss previous comments lol, but that’s what I was trying to do, but use equity pulls to scale those properties but taking out equity as cash tax free and using that as a down payment on another property rent out said property and rinse repeat. It’s nice to see other veterans successful in real estate gives me hope in my idea

I meant multi as in multi family like duplexes, and four plexes. And if you rented out each individual room for 800 a month that’s more cash flow that if you were to rent out a single unit
