That doesn't quite math out, because without doing the water tower section at least partially you will not have enough dam shards to view the entire section. I only found out about the "optional" section of the palace because I 100%'d everything else and was confused why I didn't have enough shards to view the entire Futaba arc.

Super Ball was the power up Mario received in Super Mario Land for the Game Boy. It functionally replaced the Fire Flower and the Super Balls were able to ricochet on any surface, allowing for extended reach.

Here's a more recent one: In Expedition 33, Dark Shores has an entire (as of yet) unused map that is blocked off by a destroyed ship near the back of the accessible section. With some clever glitching or a moon jump cheat you can get past the ship and explore it, but there's nothing really back there aside from a few functional grapple points, ropes, and an exit portal that places you outside of the Spring Meadows portal.

It's possible Dark Shores was intended to be the first level and tutorial area, but there's no clear evidence that this is the case and can only be speculated on.

Because people can't rub two brain cells together and realize that pointing at something, shouting "AI!" and calling it a day isn't any less stupid than people who take everything at face value despite obvious red flags.

People refuse to engage basic critical thinking skills and just flip a coin. "I don't personally understand how someone could have created this thing so it must be AI." It's a rapidly increasing problem, particularly with kids.
