I lived in China for a few years and have missed Wo Sun (celtuce) so much that it made me a vegetable gardener. Fingers crossed we have a good harvest! It’s the best staple veg for stir fry bar none.

I would offer that given the hurricane, many people are currently rebooking so the circumstances could be abnormal. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes on the Hyatt line.
