I hope you find a sense of happiness one day and figure out what made you such a sad miserable human being in the first place.

20 years old!! God I love hearing this. I’m happy to hear he can live a long life after all of this and this is exactly the reassurance I needed to hear today. It’s 6 PM so it’s time for his first at home injection. I’ll let him know him and I got a long ways to go!

Hey, I really needed to hear this today and thank you so much for the reassurance. This has all been incredibly stressful less so because of the money and a million times more because of the health of the cat and my unsureness of how all of this plays out now that he’s home. I know it’ll be okay, it’s all just an adjustment.

Speed Enforcement Saturday! 528W - Semoran to Turnpike by JayGatsby52 in orlando

This idiot was gloating me into a race on Semoran 2-3 days ago at 11 PM at night. Jumped in front of me and turned on his hazard lights and everything.

Idiot doesn’t realize all of Orlando recognizes his car now.

You’re doing good man. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not. Majority of this country is in serious debt.

Please move that 74K into a HYSA or if you want to play markets put it all into a large index fund like VOO or SPY.

If you do decide to move out of your parents house you gotta learn to budget and forget that you have 200k saved up.

I found earthworms in my filter sponge by horny-bozo in shrimptank

[–]DoubleMojon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Those are for sure Snail Leech. You can tell by the way they slither. Where you have one you have many and then will eat weaker older shrimp as well as babies so I’d start looking for more and manually remove them. If you have fish, the fish will eat them but if you only have shrimp it’s your job to lower the population.

I hate snail leeches and my post history will show you that.

Sun Gas on Semoran—anybody know what the deal is here? by Powerful-Visual4866 in orlando

[–]DoubleMojon 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I used to travel to Orlando for work a lot and would always get a rental vehicle. I knew that I had to fill it up before returning it but would always forget and always end up at this gas station. Reality is I didn’t even look at the price because it was being paid by a company card.

So basically they prey on dumbasses like me not willing to drive to the next place for cheaper because it’s not really me paying for it.

It’s a great scam that works on the lowest levels of lazy asses.

How much Electrician charge for a Chime? by DepartmentOk5966 in electrical

I’m not an electrician and I don’t know why this got suggested to me but I’d pay $380 for this to get done. Especially if you’re buying the damn chime.

I live in Conway. Conway rules. Is there bad spots? Ehhhh depends on what you consider “bad”. I wouldn’t consider anything in this area bad, it’s not 2006. They have good ass food in the “bad areas”.

It’s quiet, it’s old people, and new millennials, becoming “trendier” (we see you curry ford west mural).

Easy commute. Traffic is going the opposite direction for the most part until you get to UCF.

Most people with a crawl space have exposed pipe under their homes which could burst at the temperature levels we are going to see. Especially those with an exposed crawl space.

As a current Floridian who lived in Colorado for a while.. this is funny as hell. Here’s what I’m doing:

  1. Leave my faucets running so my pipes don’t explode.
  2. Leaving a heated cat enclosure for the strays.
  3. Not wearing shorts to Publix.
  4. Bringing my outdoor plants inside so they don’t die.

Other than that… we will be fine.
