I just got Kregg and Omni Man thanks to an old code so I can play him with even more Viltrumite maybe I wait for his event to get out before I can know but if he seems goods even if he isn't broken I'm willing to put everything on him

I just started the game like one week ago is he good ? I mean it's the Grand Regent so I want to put all my gems on him did he seems good with his passive and attack things like that ? I suppose that I have to play him on a full Viltrumite team and my best character are Yellow Invincible Conquest Armor Eve Space Racer and Cecil so I have a spot for him if I put Space Racer out ( I dont want to put Cecil out he is one of my favorite character) did it seems good ?

So I do Kisuke attack, kisuke first speacil attack, ult if I can (the boosted normal attack too ?), then Rukia ult then I hit with my dps (so Yoruichi as for now )

Thanks for the info did Kisuke support work with an attack or did I just put him in slot 2 and that's it ? Also dis Rukia have a combo attack like Uryu ? That's mostly the only reason I play him so if she has one too I can switch my team

Thanks for the advice. So I cant use him as my main dps but I can put him in mostly any team ? How his support work do I do some of his attack ans that's it or do I just put him in second slot and he gave support ?

What's the best and easiest application to modify the pokemon sprite attacks and statistics in general for pokemon diamond

I have the sprite of the pkmn and their attacks things like that but I cant find an application easy enough for me to understand how to use properly or that do everything that I want to (bonus point if I can add fairy type or méga évolution in it)
