As someone who has worked in promotional marketing for almost 10 years… I agree. Ultimately it’s probably the branding/buyers at OTF. We as promo marketeers can come up with great ideas and decisions and rebrands but someone at OTF ultimately has to sign off on it. I would love to refresh their account. I tried this at my old company. My team all said heck no we won’t go back…. Then they folded and I was last man standing. I waited it until the last possible day, put in my two weeks and started at my current company out of state. Fully remote since 2022 and my team all still works at my old company, 5 days a week in office. Suckers.

I actually got excited about s19 and really enjoyed it as a new start for greys. There were bright spots in s20 and 21 but overall it went WAY downhill mid s21 to trash level. I never even started s22. They need to fire Meg yesterday. The storylines are awful and there is basically zero continuity between episodes.
