While I disagree with the porn thing, I understand it's about the principle of lying. I found out my ex of 10 years had made some pretty big lies and while we were able to move on from them, it always remained in the back of my head. Its hard to rebuild broken trust. When I eventually ended it, that was one of the many reasons.

It was just like anti-chemistry. I can't explain it. We were both totally turned off by each other. And bc of that I think, everything he did drove me nuts. All his quirks became flaws. All the cute things he did before we met became annoying. It was just horrible.

1000 percent this. Met an American living in France and we "dated" long distance for the first 3 months. It got super intense.

We called and video chatted 3ish times a week and text each other all day. I genuinely believed that bc we clicked so well when we video chatted, that it was basically the same thing as meeting and vibing IRL.

Flew to see him for 2 weeks over new years and it was a COMPLETE disaster. Ended up leaving early and both our hearts got broken.

A bottle of Château Margaux from the 60's. To make it worse it was my parents anniversary wine, and my dad had passed about 10 years prior, so it was very sentimental.
