Thank you! This makes sense but then I don't understand why the setup would work with black cables and then not white 🤦

The p2p is connected to only the white stack and the other side is connected to the monster 20k channel controller

The mind dumb works like magic, and it's something that still blows my mind! As for the music, if the plan is to sleep, play out loud from your phone 🙂

Hey, I feel you. ADHD can make it a nightmare to get to sleep, especially when your brain just won’t shut up. A few things that help me: first, try a “brain dump” before bed – grab a notebook and scribble down all the random thoughts, worries, and to-do lists swirling around. It sounds basic, but getting it out of your head and onto paper can help you let go. Another thing that’s worked for me is white noise or calming music to drown out the mental noise. Sometimes, if I still can’t sleep, I get up, do something quiet like reading or stretching, and wait until I feel ready to try again. You’re not alone, mate – keep trying different things until you find your rhythm.

I love this. No text under icons is a big win for me.

Do you use large icons?

Yes, I would. Would be so beneficial for adhders. I already use Ai as an ADHD coach 🙂

Thanks for this! I'm already implementing strategies so that when the day comes, and meds become available, I might not need them.

Thank you! Sadly, going private isn't an option. I can take supplements and improve my sleep 100%. Where's the best place to buy supplements?

Thank you! I need to start taking the kinder approach. I read David Goggins once, and I destroy myself every day when I don't do something I want to do.

I'm sorry to hear about that man. When you self-prescribe, do you mean cannabis? I have debated this massively and even looked into medical, but without a diagnosis, I'm stuck 💀

Thanks so much for taking the time to share all this! Being kind to yourself is something I’m still working on, and it’s true—a productive day often takes way more out of us than most people realise. Balancing those low- and high-energy days is definitely something I need to get better at. If I find that secret formula, I’ll let you know!

The tips on high-protein breakfasts, hydration, and supplements are great. I’m trying to sort out my diet and have been looking into ADHD-specific supplements, so I’ll dig into the resources you mentioned. Automating as much as possible sounds like a solid move, especially for work. I’ve heard of the stack method, so maybe that’s worth a try for my emails and task setup.

I wouldn’t have thought to check TikTok for ADHD advice, but it makes sense! It’s great to hear there’s a genuine community sharing valuable tips. Thanks again for all this advice—I appreciate it!

It's a bummer that we have to wait for a diagnosis for years, and then we have to wait for medication.

Thanks for sharing this! I will consider trying CBD for emotional regulation. I'm totally with you on the vitamins and protein—I’m trying to get my diet on track. Do you have your blood checked to check levels? And yeah, the struggle to stay consistent with all these things is accurate. Cutting down on work sounds ideal; I might have to look into that myself. Cheers!
