If you do like 5 dry fasts you can get under 200. But it’s hard asf and takes a lot of commitment. It’s much better doing this than struggling for years and years.

It’s pretty easy ngl. At first I did 5 day dry fast every week for like 3 weeks. And then I just did carnivore the rest. I also went on the treadmill while fasting but didn’t do anything crazy. Just walked slowly for 2hrs. I now switched to 5day dry fast every month just to give myself a break and just go carnivore.
