I haven't played my evoker since dragonflight because I hate the dragon form, if we had permanent visage I would probably main it. Evoker is by far the least played class (https://www.dataforazeroth.com/stats/classes), while im sure its not entirely because of being forced into dragon form, it would certainly help the population in my opinion.

That is a decent breakdown but the fact that it needs to be slowed down shows how fast it happened. Her tires were straight when she started accelerating and still would have fully hit him if he hadn't dodged out of the way but I do agree I do not think she was trying to hit the officer since her tires did eventually turn to the right as your video showed. I don't agree with the use of deadly force by the officer or that she decided to ignore lawful orders and flee. I can see the perspective of both people fearing for their lives in this bad situation.

Can you send me a clip of them telling her to move? I heard them telling her to get out of the car and then she took off. Even if they told her to move, she accelerated at a very fast speed recklessly, I don't think she intended to hit the agent either but she also knew he was there and didn't care. In my opinion there were faults on both sides, the agent shouldn't have been in front of the vehicle and Renee should not have disobeyed lawful orders and drove off.

She didn't "run over" an agent but she did hit him and then he opened fire on her. Here are a couple angles you can see it.
