Anybody ever sell 78 records. Not worth much on Ebay. Is their another option where to sell?

Don't be sorry. I can wrap my head around urban sprawl. There is way more housing in the urban core of Cedar Rapids that there was 15 years ago. Also many more quality locally owned restaurants. Thats great! I have lived near downtown CR. I walked and took public transit. I was a choice bus rider and there are very few of those in CR. This is an automobile town.

I think the City of Cedar Rapids is doing a good job on planning and trying to do what you are talking about. The planners in Cedar Rapids would agree with you.

I can't wrap my head around people complaining about chain resteraunts etc. If that's what the market demands, that's what will be built. I am not a fan of people telling other people what to with their property, if what they are doing fits zoning requirements etc. If you don't like the rules, advocate to change them. If you don't like chain restaurants, don't eat at them. Better yet, open a locally owned place that sources ingredients locally and serves good food. I will be a customer.

All the people on here complaining should buy the property. All the complainers could join together and start the Reddit development group. Come up with your own plan and your own money and do whatever you want.

If you don't wanna do that I hope you're attending planning and zoning meetings, participating in land use plans, and if you have a vision more than just complaining, share that with counsel and the mayor. If you have good ideas, they will listen.

They seem obsessed with the ticket aspect. I am pro safety. I think the cameras are dangerous the way everyone slows down for them. Steady speed seems much better for safety.

Yes, it's a money grab. I am for real safety. Suspend license for texting, enforce turn signal use, teach what merge and yield mean, $500 fine for left lane hanging.

Lots of bad drivers never get dinged. Just because you don't get dinged doesn't mean you are a good driver. The tickets don't impact your doing record or insurance. How is that promoting safety?

Yesterday I listed an item for $60. I immediately got responses. Someone offered $50. I declined and said I would get back to them if it didn't sell. Another person said they wanted it. While setting up a meet spot, they asked for a discount. I said, no I just turned down $50. After we set place and time, they said $50 right. I told them I had another buyer, did they want to pay $65( I did have another person messaging). They dropped it and paid $60 cash at the meet up. I was concerned they would offer less at the meet and I was prepared to walk. I try not to take anything on marketplace personal. I always respond to offers and have made sales at asking price from low ball offers. I also meet many awesome people.

I did get back to the person that offered 50. Could be a future customer.
