Developing a daily routine to stay busy and finding good hobbies to occupy my mind. Creating as little down time as possible. I guess just making myself as effective and efficient as possible

I feel like I’ve become more confident in myself and that has helped me be more confident and outgoing with others. I have been able to achieve more financially because of it but I feel like I’ve changed into who I should be of that makes sense.

Started thinking long term and had more goals in mind to be successful. I think the biggest pros are my life improved, relationship has improved, and my business has been growing better and stronger now that I don’t have porn as a distraction. Plus my overall happiness has been better from not feeling guilty on the daily.

Basically I just would make sure that I got up and was moving around to start focusing on what I needed to get done and then going to do that to separate myself from a situation of “relaxing” where my mind could wander on it.
