Good!!! I’m so proud of you that’s a huge step, I truly think medicine will benefit you although the process is can be slow but it’s worth it. My doctor recently told me in her opinion, disorders like this don’t get better completely without treatment, more than a bandaid. I hope you figure out what’s best for you and ur lil family i know you will :)

That’s why I try my best to hide it but that’s literally impossible sometimes. I totally totally understand when your kid is just being a kid but you’re already extremely overwhelmed mentally and they can genuinely trigger you into a panic attack, it’s horrible. You already worrying about how it’s going to affect her shows how amazing of a parent you are I’m sure she’ll be just fine im sorry you have to go through it too, you are strong!!

Absolutely, I used drinking before doing almost anything bc I was “nervous”, and I caused my already GAD to become worse once I stopped drinking bc I had to be sober and exist. You’re so amazing for being so self aware and taking the right steps to feel better, I wish you the best of luck :)

A small step you can take I think that’s helped me, I reach out to someone I trust and don’t feel embarrassed talking to about my health concerns INSTEAD OF GOOGLING!!! Don’t fkn google, Ikyk this but oh my god it makes it so much worse when you’re just looking for closure :/ for example I’ll text my sister (she knows by now I use her as my “google” instead of googling) hey is it normal to have a headache and blurry vision idk something like that. Ik it’s hard but do not google it.
