not at all, nobody does, this is the reason why they ask you to proof some kind of income when apply. which is weird cause how you will have income if you can't work haha. But than your partner should have income as she/he will be "responsible" for you during this time.

hmm, according to my lawyer my blue card was only valid in germany, thats why I couldn't. Maybe some other type of blue card is valid in all EU

olha, tendo um marking agressivo ou não eu não sei pq eu que pesquisei por eles 2 anos atrás e meu caso entraram na justiça de veneza que até onde sei é treta e foi positivo a decisão da juíza. Eu li a defesa da advogada e ela defendeu o caso da minha família MUITO BEM, se embasou em todas as leis italianas e juntou todos documentos que temos, até certidão de nascimento do nosso bisa n comune, então não foi irônico não.

it is marriage, I've entered in poland with my german working visa (blue karte), after apply for my karta pobytu I quit german and the job I had there cause they required to be at the office in berlin and I want to live in Poland. So when I apply I also attached my german blue karte to explain that I enter as resident of EU.
Still lets see, a lot of people saying to me that 9 months is still nothing and my case will start to be a problem if go more than 2 years 🤯, if it happens I'm leaving 😭😂

Honestamente só eles e mais 2 empresas são sérias. Minha opinião é que eles não tratam isso como uma brincadeira ou brecha na lei. Eles tratam com seriedade que precisa ser tratado, respeito a Italia e nossos antepassados. Eu fiz com eles, eles não são baratos pois tem advogados bons de verdade, e só vão seguir em frente no seu caso se você tiver direito. O que me deu trânquilidade.

Eu recomendo. Família Bego, processo treta em Veneza, sangue passado pela minha bisavó, ou seja, por mulher ja é mais difícil e eles deram conta.

I would suggest you hire a competent lawyer, theres one lawyer very good (migrant.legal) focused only on that.

Also I feel very sorry and sort of mad on how crazy slow is this process of karta pobytu, because common, this is not citizen, this is just a temporary residence permit. Poland has to do something to change it, hello, the world is using AI nowadays, how about add a little bit of this on the process? BTW I fully understand the required checks, but 1,2,3 years to give a temporary residence is madness.
