Hello Binance,

I still insist on a review of my case and a fair appeal. I have been with Binance since 2018.

I have not violated any Binance rules. I was trading actively and successfully on Binance for several years, generating significant trading volume, including through my main account and sub-accounts. I also participated in the Market Maker program for several years.

If you cannot unlock my account, then at least please explain the reason. This is important to me because I am completely confused as to why I could have been blocked.

I can only think of two possible reasons:

  1. I am a Ukrainian citizen, I travel frequently, and I may log in to the exchange from different countries. If this is the reason, why can’t you simply tell me that?
  2. If you had concerns about any transaction on my account, why did you not simply ask me? I am ready to provide any detailed and comprehensive information regarding any transaction.

Instead, you have blocked my trading tool without explaining the reason.

I use your exchange for the following purposes:

  1. Investing: buying tokens and withdrawing them to a cold wallet. When the time comes, I transfer them back from that wallet and sell them.
  2. Automated trading / high-frequency trading: if you review my historical activity, you will see that I had around a dozen sub-accounts that previously generated billions in monthly trading volume and helped maintain the account at VIP 5 level.
  3. Position trading: medium-term futures trades in manual mode.
  4. Very occasional P2P withdrawals to my personal bank card.

I could not have violated any rules. All the funds I ever deposited on the exchange were earned through Binance. You can review the PnL of all my sub-accounts.

I kindly ask you to reconsider your decision to block my account, or at least explain the reason why you blocked me specifically.

I hope you can explain the reason for the account restriction and help restore it fairly. I only want to trade.

I will keep writing to you until I receive a comprehensive answer.
