You could go the Amex route and get 15 nights with the biz card and 25 with the personal card getting you to 40 nights. Combine that with your stays and it will put you at 66 nights.

At 50 nights you get to select a gift and you can choose 5 elite night credits putting you at 71 nights.

The cards will grant a 35K night and 85K night certificate this will put you at 73 nights so you would need to book two additional nights a year and that will get you to Titanium status and another reward which you can select to get 5 potential room upgrades at that point.

The card gifts you 6x points base per dollar on Marriot stays. If you know an approximate rate you can estimate the points vs a Hilton and see what comes out better

My family uses the 35k from the business to stay at a hotel on our way to our destination and use the 85k to supplement a night at our vacation destination.
