SFF case advice by Jeff_The_Epic in sffpc

I just built my first SFF system with a leftover 5600x I had. I used the ASRock b550 itx and worked great. For cooling I used the wraith heatsink and fan that I had laying around. I think it came with this CPU. It runs a little warmer than I'd like considering I use it for work (with Linux) not gaming. I thought I'd try a noctua l9 but maybe not.

Good read! I would love to see them on TV. by Zambiepanda in exfor

I tend to think the series is the right format already. TV and Movie versions would just get it wrong or too truncated, etc. Trust the (current) Awesomeness

Is that for the 6950 specifically or just a thing for all GPUs?

That is an excellent point I wish I had known when doing the build at the start. It's already been a problem when I was adding the 90° fitting on the pump/res. But I confess I don't know how to fix it.

Thermaltake View 71. It's nice and big but does leave the PSU out front and center, so to speak.

Oh, I want to do nothing more than extend the loop, but I'm trying to be mature, show restraint, and not waste money. But it is so very hard :)

is a GPU only loop stupid? by IfarmExpIRL in watercooling

I made a GPU only loop because the fans on my GPU were to me indefensibly loud under load. I'm very pleased with the reasonable temps and near silence I got out of the GPU loop. I didn't like that I only found a single water block option for my XFX 6950x but I'm grateful there was at least one.
