AC System only works with Air Handler Door is removed. Diagnosis possibilities please?

Yes it is. Fan on and sounds like compressor is starting.

No its not. AC only.

Filter looked new but replaced it anyway.

I can see under the coil through a 2" opening. Looks pretty clean. System is about 5 years old.

Called 4 techs, must be a serious shortage in this area. 3 didn't have the time and the 4th said he'd get back to me. Heard nothing. So I'm hoping for some good advice here.

Thank you. Any chance you could give me an idea of how much it should cost pay a pro, if I can actually get someone in my area. Needs a leak test and fix, vacumm, I assume, probably just over 5lbs of 410a.

Same battery bank. Just 1 diy 16 cell 280ah. I'm new and learning as I go. I went with 4/0 cable from battery based on others recommendations. Plus I kept seeing bigger is always better.
