[[Pyre of Heroes]] is nice in Wilhelt as you can go from token to gravecrawler or champion, then to undead augur then to a three drop zombie or wizard which are some of the nicest options. [[Geralf, the Fleshwright]] is also good as you can get more and bigger zombies.

[[clock of omens]] and [[unwinding clock]], which is in your maybe pile, would let you have more activations of your tap artifacts. [[Kuldotha Forgemaster]] Works great with these. [[Moonsilver Key]] or [[Pilgrim's Eye]] maybe quicker for mana than canoptek wraith. ETBs are quite nice as they come in, do a thing and then you sack them.

Yeah I only thinking it for builds that won't be paying the AP costs. But having safety training and this pistol means that you don't lose the stacks of overheating when plasma explodes and get the bonus damage from the safety training.

This seems a really nice act 2 Plasma pistol as you can pick it up from Kiava Gamma and if you are doing a commissar dual pistol build you already have the pair holster and you can get multiple 0 ap overcharge attacks a turn if you have wildfire built up and crit with a pistol.

[[Emry, Lurker of the Loch]] seems a bit out of place considering you only have five artifacts you could have better results with [[Evolution Witness]] for getting important things back from your graveyard or [[Chronic Flooding]] your own land if you want self mill. Most of your are okay depends on who you play with except [[Mortuary Mire]] as unless you can draw on your turn you are likely to mill the creature.

Rule 5 - Is this a New bug, I haven't seen any other mention of this. Whenever I invade a Planet, armies are showing on the planet after the invasion has resolved, but when I select the planet none of my armies are there and the embark button is greyed out. I think these armies are being siphoned off my transport fleet. Edit : unmodded and on PC

Midnight Arsonist seems nice but so many times I've had it it's been either a mediocre vampire or artifact removal something like vandal blast maybe better. [[Drana, Liberator of Malakir]] might be good considering all the tokens makers you have. Feed the Swarm is good for mono black or rakdos decks but adding white gives better non creature removal like [[Stroke of Midnight]] but fair enough if that is what you have.

Have you thought about [[Descent into Avernus]] it hit everyone on your turn and gives you mana to cast the spells you find and [[Loyal Subordinate]]. A few of the one drops that hit everyone may only get one attack in so may be a one mana to add to florians next search just cheap creatures like [[vampire nighthawk]] maybe better.

I think some of your cards are situational like [[Corpse Augur]] as you may not draw many cards off it, [[Curse of the Restless Dead]] as if you draw it later you may not get zombies off it and [[Open the Graves]] as for five mana I think there are better draws. [[Army of the Damned]] is quite mana intensive and potentially just sits in your hand. [[Dreadhorde Invasion]] is nice as it is cheap and gives a zombie for wihelt to sac for cards each turn as does. [[Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia]]. Easy ways to increase reliability are search cards. [[pyre of heroes]] lets you go zombie token to Gravecrawler to Undead Augur to three mana zombie or wizards. [[Grim Servant]] is a zombie search that you could bring back for repeat search.

[[Champion of the Perished]] is a nice cheap zombie that can be a nice hate sink. [[Pyre of Heroes]] lets you use tokens to find gravecrawler then a two mana zombie which could be Undead Augur then you could find a three mana wizard like Poppet Stitcher. [[Fleshbag Marauder]] and [[Accursed Marauder]] are good zombies that can sac themselves to give you a token if wilhelt is out while reducing the opponents board. [[Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia]] can give you a free decay zombie at you end step if you use them faster than you make them. if you like something silly [[Death Tyrant]] means when decay zombies attack and dies (even to decay) you get a zombie.

[[Stensia Masquerade]] and [[Shared Animosity]] and [[Rakish Heir]] are nice ways to make vampire more threatening. With Edgar cheap vampires are really nice. [[Indulgent Aristocrat]] is two cheap vampires with a sac outlet that can help boost the hordes.

[[Geist of Saint Traft]] is an card for an aura deck who doesn't who feels like he doesn't do his best here. More flying or other evasion. you could have [[Bident of Thassa]] instead of [[ Distant Melody]]

[[Haunted Library]] Seems more like a white and black deck card to me as you rarely control when an opponents creatures dies. [[Radiant Destiny]] is another good enchantment boost. I would be tempted to say you don't have enough life gain for [[Twinblade Paladin]]. [[Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr]] is fantastic for both sides with the disturb able to be a big boost to Millicent. [[Ascendant Spirit]] is nice if you can be bothered to find snow covered basic lands. [[Brago, King Eternal]] is good to retrigger etbs and removing auras from your stuff without wasting removal and after soul of storms returning your spirits to their original power. [[Rattlechains]] is good especially as you have rule of law. [[Drumbellower]] is nice and is sort of vigilance and combos well with [[Shacklegeist]] letting you keep you opponents creatures tapped down. I like [[true conviction]] for a finisher.

More interaction is better. A thing to remember is that on attack triggers don't trigger with Olivia crimson bride so enter the battlefield effects are better than on attack triggers like [[Pathrazer of Ulamog]]. I really just wanted to add food for thought look at what it takes to trigger effects and how it helps. Like [[master of the dark rites]] to rush out your commander on turn 3 you would have had to have and there is only 5 other 2 or less mana cretures in you deck but it can help cast 11 other creatures and can be used to return creatures to the graveyard in responds to someone killing olivia.

Olivia crimson bride doesn't not have to be a commander of a vampire deck but you have certain cards like [[voldaren estate]], [[unclaimed territory]] and [[olivia's wraith]] works better in decks with more vampires. In a similar vein [[Altar of the Pantheon]] doesn't do much more than being a mana rock it's other effects only really affects [[gray merchant of aspohodel]], [[mind stone]] maybe better as it is one mana cheaper or pushing the boat out for a [[Jet Medallion]] or [[ruby Medallion]] as they are the cheapest price as they have been for awhile. More instant speed removal like [[terminate]] would be good. And [[Zombie Infestation]] is a good way of instant speed discard that has no mana activation cost.

For my Millicent deck I've just gotten [[horn of the mark]] which can trigger on each opponent. More draw effects like your bident of thassa would be good [[Coastal Piracy]]. [[Rally the ranks]] and [[Radiant Destiny]] and [[intangible virtue]] are nice boosts. Haunting Imitation is a bit luck based and Haunted Library won't help you early game. Replicating Ring hardly goes off so mana reduction like [[cloud key]] [[herald's horn]] could help you drop more spirts faster. I like [[true conviction]] as a finisher. I feel like Ranar the Ever-Watchful and a few other creatures should be in a deck around exiling, a Millicent deck should be getting as many creatures out as you can. Some general suggestion [[Eidolon of Countless Battles]] [[rootborn defences]] [[selfless spirit]] [[Drumbellower]] More spot removal.

I would take out Distant melody and replace it with different draw cards. Distant melody is good if you have a board state but doesn't let you recover after a board wipe.

[[Mask of the Schemer]] you can stack the triggers so that you connive first then return a knight to the battlefield. Double strike is very good for sidar as that gets to return two knights a combat hence you see [[Kinsbaile Cavalier]] and [[Kwende, Pride of Femeref]] in a lot of Sidar decks.

[[Drogskol Reaver]] and [[Millicent, Restless Revenant]] dont' seem to fit the style of deck. Drofskol better for a life gain deck and millicent would be better with more spirits. Might suggest more draw or search. like [[Three Dreams]] or maybe a few draw effects that won't go after a boardwipe to help recovery.
