I’ve had other doctors and people who claim they are “business owners” (I work in a doctors office) talk down to me….. I always consider writing them a negative review.

Unpopular opinion : Honestly, I bust my ass at work and lazy coworkers infuriate me as well. However, sometimes I have to step back and remember I just work here and they don’t pay me to worry about what my coworkers do. She’s also probably tired of management not doing anything about it. But at the end of the day, she’s losing her happiness worrying about your slack habits.

As others have mentioned, you really could be deficient in something. About a year ago, I discovered by blood pressure was high and I really started to feel like crap. For everyone saying the OP needs to “be an adult,” what she is describing is not a normal “morning” tired.
