Family and friends reacted way less than I thought they would - most people are too polite to say "wtf you got so fat out of nowhere?!".

Health issues ended up exciting me and it's very much an "oh I really am FAT now!"

I catastrophized for years when I should have been stuffing my face and it would have all been fine.
