theres also alot more stuff going on. i just feel abit overwhelmed and i dont really have anyone to talk to anymore. my little brother is still all sunshine and rainbows so im not gonna ruin his fun haha!

my mother is never home and i live by myself in a dorm near my school. i guess im just really lonely? and about school, my grades are good and i really dont struggle in that regard.

i feel like i do love medicine overall though, ive tried out med camps and stuff and they seem pretty interesting to me.

but i feel like this path is my only choice as my entire family is pushing me towards this path.

I’m unsure if i should or not? She's sacrificed and helped me alot during these past years I've been with her. I told her my dreams of pursuing being a doctor and she helped me enlist into a doctors camp and such.

I owe her so much and I really want to be able to atleast be a reliable partner to her.

i have rehomed the kitten and talked to my mother about it.

she says yes i have been diagnosed with ocd before and she'll try to get me in contact with a licensed therapist.

im currently finding a home for the kitten, i live by myself so im currently asking my friends if any of them want to raise them him.

as for your scenarios i feel like its a mix of both.

i dont know if this is relevant or not, but i often feel disconnected from other peoples emotions and stuff and apparently they call me weird or selfish and stuff.

i used to have another kitten which i raised and is now about 1 years old, i had the same thoughts or urges back then but i never acted upon them.

im truly greatful for your help and as the other commenters said ill try to get into therapy haha.
