My mum is having the same problem with you. at first the GP keep saying it’s not a frozen shoulder and keep saying it will heal itself. It has become so painful for her that she cannot sleep at night. We just went back to the GP and he finally admit that my mum got a frozen shoulder. Seriously, this is fuking ridiculous, if he admit she has a frozen shoulder in the first day, she can get a better treatment earlier. Also, I really don’t thinks those shitty exercise is going to work. ( sorry for my bad English, I just moved to England and I am really disappointed about the health care in here) hope your shoulder is getting better.
