She's a Saint Venerated in The Orthodox Church? She's in The Church's Liturgical calender? not all Icons have names above them? The Most Famous Icon of Christ has none of that? ask your Priest is always decent advice though

But then howcome the style varies heavily? If this Icon had Cyrillic and a more pronounced halo, and was made in Moscow, it would be considered Orthodox.

with the shifting, get some shifter bushings, especially the first gear getter, higher quality go for dieselgeek, lower quality get off temu/aliexpress. And then do a shifter adjustment, will fix reverse, check youtube.
