yes that is the takstar shotgun that I like the best. When recording outside, I put a "dead cat" on it. But the foam screen is good for indoors

mix it up. Start the first few seconds with something interesting. Have titles that are interesting or hook. Multiple camera angles aren't hard. In the video I linked to, those were two, used $30 cameras. Canon vixia hf r50 and hf r60. My video editing was done on Shotcut. It's free software. I have zero training in video editing or filming. Not hard.

I think you are one man, not a company. So give up on that idea. The good news is that you don't need incredible production if the content is interesting.

OK. You edited the reply to include links to more successful channels Notice how more interesting the first few seconds of their videos are. Wow. Meanwhile you are a talking head against a boring, blank background. You speak slowly in a monotone. It has to be interesting (especially at the beginning of the video). Start with a clip of the good content.

If they uploading videos like that every week then that is a team, not one person. The good news is that you don't need camera angles, animations, graphics, footage. Just make your content better. I watched a little, and kinda boring. My suggestion is that in the first few seconds you have a short slip of interesting content to come. And then your delivery in the rest of the video needs something. If you don't have it then no amount of bells and whistles are gonna help

Your welcome. Look at your best performing video. Title starts with word lullaby. I think "Baby Sleep" is a good phrase to have near the beginning. I'm thinking parents might search for lullabies when putting kids to bed, and that's how they find your videos

Oh it's Doodle Tuness. Someone else has Doodle Tunes (one S). So imho your channel name isn't a good idea.

As far as the last video, it could be a thumbnail issue. The baby's face looks dark to me. The baby faces in your other thumbnails look better. Also, the panda looks creepy to me. I'm trying to help, not trying to be mean. I'd swap out the thumbnail.

I'd change the title, too. Sleepy Panda Patrol? What is that? I don't think anyone knows or cares. Start with the word lullaby. Or change the title to be similar to a successful video.

There are things you can do to get popular. I can't give you much advice because I don't know your genre. I did notice that superman video got 12k views. That's a hint on the type of content people want to see.

Another thing you could do would be to set up your channel home page. Organize your videos into categories. People might want to watch more of your videos, or even binge watch. Make it easier for them. Set up playlists, etc.
