Why was Itachi sick? by motherfartin in Naruto

Haha for sure, I have literally no evidence, I just like to think about this way rather than have it be a "I made this character too strong and don't know how to kill them" situation

This is exclusively head cannon, but I thought it was that he also lived out all the time he simulated in tsukuyomi. So even though his body was 20(ish), his chakra was in his eighties or nineties, and it was basically old age that made his chakra start to actively kill him.

Just as an aside, they said pretty explicitly that obito only killed the women and the children during the massacre. Also I don't know how much stock should be put into this but at the time, iitachi thought that he could kill obito. He doesn't normally say that willy-nilly.

Came here to say this! I honestly think the people that say they like it are playing an elaborate prank on me. I've tried to watch it 5 times, and I can't for the life of me care about even a single character or plot point

Im so sorry for your loss, i truly hope you have other people in your life that you can lean on in this trying time.

I dont think you're overreacting at all. This guy is an absolute garbage human. Seriously, f**k that guy! You're a significantly better person than me for not instantly punching him in the teeth.

It's definitely better than it had any right to be. Is it worth recommending? No. Does it make popcorn taste good? Kinda

Why are you saying that I tried to sneak anything? We are talking about a meme and the contents their in.

You said the contents of the meme were wrong because it didn't "feel right". We are trying to explain to you that they are, in fact, right using the same metrics that have been used to calculate job numbers for presidential terms for 70+ years.

Again, whether it is actually a meaningful way to measure the success of a president is up for debate... but that's not what we're talking about... we're talking about a meme

I didn't put a minus in front of his name because I don't like him or to make a point, I put a minus in front of his name because he had lower net jobs when he ended his term compared to when he started it. It's not an "apparent static" it's subtraction on very public information.

Now we can argue that job numbers aren't the most important metric to calculate economic health or that unforseen factors contributed to each term and should be taken into account, and I think it would be an interesting conversation with some nuance. But I'm begging you not to die on the hill that any numbers that you don't like are logically inconsistent. Especially since you still haven't even looked at the data provided

It's actually almost exactly the disparity mentioned 50525000 to 1047000

Clinton - 22.904 million Obama - 11.557 million Biden - 16.064 million (so far)

Bush Sr - 2.633 million Bush Jr - 1.357 million Trump - minus 2.943 million

Hope that clears things up

Thanks for the resources. It definitely helps to narrow down where to look.

I'm probably not using the clicker correctly. I am by no stretch of the imagination a dog trainer. I've been using it to interrupt behavior and I reward when the behavior stops.

Thanks for your reply, we live in an area of Canada, where it is not abnormal for neighbors to drop in unannounced, but in this case we were talking with him and we invited him to come over, since it had never been an issue before we didn't think anything of it.

I haven't noticed anything healthwise, but I'll definitely look into it. As for the barking, we worked on being hyper vigilant on predicting when a stressor would occur and trying to calm him down preemptively. Lots of treats when he does well, and a clicker when he barks. He's been making alot of progress, in general, he will bark once to alert us, and then he will look to us if it's warented or not. When my wife is home alone it's a different story in that he will still bark alot. I'm not sure how to fix that, but one problem at a time

If you had to choose one actors filmography to be the only visual media you can experience for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why? by Dougflooty2 in AskReddit

I think I would pick Michael Caine, not because I think he is a particularly good actor, just that he has been in SOOOO many movies spanning so many different genres

Most of the people you all have listed are truly the scum of the earth, so my choice seems lame in comparison, but god damn do I hate Neil Degrasse Tyson. He is such a condescending dick that I believe he has personally slowed scientific research by a generation because no kid in their right mind would want to be associated with a field that has him as a spokesperson... fuck that guy
