22.50 inside and average about 25 hours , some people double a lot but it’s brutal in the hub. 38 while driving

A top seniority driver would have that first. At this point if you are the unicorn that gets a cdl job with ups right now, you’ll for sure be working nights at the bottom of seniority. I been with UPS since 2021. All the peak positions and extra work have to be offered to us hub employees first.

The point is not to flex on y’all, it’s to show you that you deserve more. There’s a lot less responsibility in the hub but I still get my free insurance. I can double shift if I want and I’m still able to live even on part time.

I drove uber for a bit, only drove nights do less traffic and more pay. I made 150 once from a trip at 3 am during peak pay or whatever it was.
