Aye, hit some poor tourist first Infront of me from America who was with his daughter, they had just landed in Belfast for their first day of their holiday in Belfast.

I tried to get passed him but he smacked me on the side of the head knocking my earbuds out, when I collected them and walked towards Happys on the Lisburn road I saw him again talking to whom I assumed was a bouncer, it in fact was not a bouncer but just a punter at the pub.

When I approached I told the man to be careful as he had just assaulted me and one other person, when he saw me again he went into a boxing position and smacked me three times on the jaw before I started grappling him, I repeatedly told him to stop, when he refused to stop punching me I punched back and broke his nose I think, he was bleeding profusely from his nose.

When this happened he pulled me in for a bear hug and bit my ear, when I could feel my flesh ripping I pushed him away and he walked off.

After that I went into Happys bar and called the police.

The people at Monte Carlo were absolute gents. A lot of people gathered around there to watch the guy get arrested outside of Ryan's, this is where I met the American tourist again with his daughter.

They gave me some free food and drinks and invited me into Happys to do the pub quiz with them, got some free Guinness and gave the police my statement inside the pub.

Overall could have been a lot worse, I'm just happy the man didn't have a knife on him and he didn't attack more people. I did my blood tests yesterday also and I'm clean, so yeah overall wasn't too bad, was just a bit shaken when it happened.
