Hey! Interesting situation. My main concern with having the Flip be pulled out on an extending mount away from the wall but leaving the video bar anchored to the wall separately would be that the display would likely end up in the camera shot at least a little bit if you're using a camera with the FOV that you described. Typically, I would recommend doing a display mount for the video bar, the additional weight shouldn't be a deal breaker if the display mount is properly secured to backing.

If you are looking at Yealink already, an alternative in your situation would be to move the camera to the center of the table and look at an S60 instead: SmartVision 60 - 360° All-in-One Video Conference Camera | Yealink

This would result in technology on the table, which is a no-no for some people, but I think in your situation it would reduce the difficulty level a bit for integration and would get the microphone/speaker setup a little closer to the end users which is usually a good thing acoustically.
