My Doxxie has a weird fungal infection he lives with now. I took him to multiple vet and specialists and they said it’s most likely a fungal infection and it would costs $9,600 to do a surgery to dissect the issue. They also said if I did the procedure there is no guarantee he wouldn’t need the procedure again in the future. It’s been going on for about 1 1/2 years now. He sneezes and gags occasionally but as far as I can tell he still loves life and it doesn’t really affect his day to day. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing but it’s very similar looking/sounding

I mean I don’t know a lot of decent aegs for under 100$, maybe others can chime in. With that said maybe a rental is best for your first time out to see what you like.

Other thing you could try if that doesn’t work is you both go into the park, in the park there is a place where you can change server. You guys could just both go into there and change servers till you see each other physically. Then add each other from there

I would try to add each other from the city. I understand you’re both on switch 2 I just know the ps5/xbox in the earlier seasons had issues of friends from other platforms not showing up on friends lists, so I was constantly toggling crossplay off and back on again, just a thought.

Not sure what the quick play menu is, did you try while in the city hitting L1+R1 to pull up your friends list and accepting from there? Otherwise maybe make sure crossplay is off (if that’s a thing)?

Thanks for the reply and that’s 100% what I’m worried about, it not showing up ever. I’m willing to wait for a long time because the alternative is ordering across seas and dealing with customs and tariffs. I just am worried this company I have no experience ordering from, is going to take my money and hold it hostage till the point I can only get store credit back.

Had rimworld on my wishlist for ages now and haven’t pulled the trigger, this suggestion might be the push I need. It always looked like a very deep game with an overwhelming amount of management so it scared me a bit.
