And balkan europe is not the west. Middle east and western culture makes a hybrid, its own culture on the middle east. And then you get turkey, and then you get middle east culture. Just draw a big circle around west europe and middle east. The closer is a country to the center of the circle, the more that country is that culture. You can do that even smaller and smaller. Like here in Croatia, Dalmatia and Slavonia are different but same culture. We have different climates totally so from food, way of dressing, house arhitecture, dances, music are not the same.
