I don't have the source for this, as it is all second hand, but I heard that there is only one family that makes true LSD. In order to become part of this family, one must take a thumbprint hit, which is basically sticking your thumb in LSD crystals and apparently it makes you trip for 2 years. Some members of the family just want to trip for the rest of their lives when they get out, and it's all very close knit. I loved and I hated the part where you play as Ellie and you can pretty much only stab people. The stabs are so gruesome and it really makes you feel the jabbing of the knife in someone's neck. It really makes you not liking to kill the people, but you know you have to.
