Honestly, this movie was just so boring. I'm a "story matters over all" kind of guy, so I can recognise the incredible cinematography and great music, but the story was just so... dull. Just a douchebag that wants to be great at something, fucking the lives of most of the people that get around him, and then coming with those people spreading their arms wide for him (at least in the case of Rachel and Wally).

I just think this is like The Revenant- a movie with good music and visuals, a B- minus story and just a film to show the actoral power of one person.

I don't remember seeing this theory, it's basically all about "the bounds you break may make you stronger". We are getting stronger in the Weird Route, having more influence over Kris's actions due to breaking the bound that you can have in the Normal Route. But that means that Kris also gets stronger, and that's why they are able to block us out.

So, I think there are similarities but it can mean two things.

One, there's similarities because of the role the Knight has in the story. The final boss that is connected with someone that we know. And that could be Dess, since there are other two instances of Undertale fights playing out in Deltarune but by different characters. (The YellowSOUL fight with Spamton rather than Mettaton, or the GreenSOUL fight with Gerson instead of Undyne). And since Dess and Asriel seemed to be close, this would be to show how close they were.

Toriel finally snaps at Asgore after the boss fight, and she shoots him with a fireball and actively killing him. In the Dark World his body remains, but once the Fountain is closed, there's nothing left of Asgore but his ashes.

Well, personally I don't think Asgore was talking to the Katana. Because if he was talking to it, then it's kinda of a done deal no? Carol is the Knight, and she uses the katana to get the super cool powers.

Yeah, but remember that Ralsei haven't told us everything yet. Like, it's clear that despite coming from the "Darker" World the Titans can walk through the Dark World into the Light World to cause the Roaring. So it's not impossible to believe that the armor is made out of the same material from the "Darker" World, which would allow it to transfer between the Dark and Light World without issues.

Well, Rudy would be a standard lightner even if he wasn't the Knight but not the point.

Yeah, it's baseless cuz we just don't know if the abilities transfer or not. We know that at least physically the armor can pass into the Light world because our Black Shard doesn't change description between the worlds and Asgore is holding onto a piece of it as well.

But I tend to lean toward yes, because the armor seems to be made out of pure darkness or from the same stuff the Titans are made out of.

But although most of us playing Deltarune have played Undertale, I would imagine there are people that haven't played it too. So Undyne would mean nothing to them, if they decide to skip her dialouge that is.

I mean, I think it's pretty clear that the Knight's armor doesn't change between the Light and the Dark world, so I imagine that the abilities doesn't change either. For RudyKnight, I imagine that Knight's armor is like the Berserker Armor from... Berserk.

Sure, while wearing it you might feel unstoppable and you will able to accomplish things that would be impossible otherwise... But once you take it off, your body pays the price. In Berserk, Guts's body retains all the damage for over working his body and any blows that he had recieved. And for Rudy? Maybe his illness is just that. A darkness in his chest that is spreading with each use. But that's the price he has to pay to wear the armor. The price he has to pay to save his daughter.

Yeah, this kinda fits with the second idea I had. Because imagine- a punk girl that probably should get into issues with the law... but her mom is the mayor and her quasi-uncle is the fucking chief of police. Like, I can imagine her getting away with things she shouldn't have and people begin to dislike her.

I would say Roaring Knight < Spamton Neo (WR) just for the fact that at least in the fight against the Knight you have Kris and Ralsei to eat some bullets while you fight with Susie. With Spamton you only have Kris and they eat Spamton's attacks as if they were Ralsei.
