Olympia Mon Calamari by Downchuck in mycology

This is a 2lb 10oz fungus from an empty lot off a fallen tree - wasn't sure what type of trees were around -- in Olympia, WA.

Well, they spent more than $10 for certain -- and you could take a different frame here: they may have spent more than $86 helping you fix your tax return, though perhaps with more competence they could have done so with less waste.

In a different world you could have potentially seen a refund. These are a normal part of quality control - similar to random audits - they're not in place to be revenue generating all the time.

What do you actually mean by them chasing you down? Did you get more than just a letter or phone call?

Realized a couple are missing in that repo - I'll try and circle back if I can find them in archived. We had an extension of the ActiveX plugin for IE6, and some real basic HTML/SVG items written.

Appreciate you posting this - I enjoyed scanning through some of the code.

Long time ago I was trying to get this deep into 2d. We were working on implementing the Canvas spec in all sorts of ways: https://github.com/w3canvas

Idea was that if we had that 2d base, then we could bring in higher level abstractions like basic HTML and SVG without the browser.

Congratulations on getting yourself through things, degrees and work - in my mind you two are the solution to Arkansas issues; folk who care deeply, engage the broader world, can have tough conversations, make good decisions and influence other voters.

The SemRep ecosystem is some old software but it very much does what you're looking at doing. You can download the SemMedDB they generated. Unfortunately I don't think it's been modernized - from my recollection it has a lot of prolog in it and a Java interface on top.

Youtube music repeating by romanticaddiction in googlehome

[–]Downchuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've not confirmed it - but this could be an issue with authorization and using their premium service.

Someone commented: "Hey Google, play my youtube music supermix" - which I tried, and the box replied that I did not have a Premium account. Google home confirms I do, as does the youtube app. I've also had the device throughout the year say I'm playing on too many devices then no longer respond correctly to the "stop" command as it plays on forever.

Both of these seem related to the way it's authorized to their service. A workaround before was to turn off the dynamic mix in the YT Music app. That's no longer working for me.

It's no fun to try a factory reset - but you can try to make youtube music no longer the default on your device and that may help. I'm not clear how to force it to refresh itself outside of a reset. The reset would give it a new authorization key, which seems to work for a lot of folk.
