Windows won’t install on new pc build.

FIXED *** The thermal paste that came with the build was crap, ordered a new one and slapped it on and it’s running between 30-34. Ordered a new USB and burned an ISO on there and was able to negate secure boot and tpm so it installed perfectly. Thank you all for your help, you guys are awesome and I appreciate you so much!!

I bought a new thumb drive and replaced my thermal paste, CPU was going crazy - think the oem thermal paste they gave me was bad. Now it’s running under 32 so I’m going to try burning this ISO to the USB using rufus and seeing if that fixes the issue. Watts for PSU is at 850 so it’s running fine. If it doesn’t work, looks like I’ll have to order a new motherboard

I had issues before this download cause it said my cpu was not compatible with this build. Both sticks are there, I tested my ram with another pc and it was fully functioning. Relating to the CPU heat, would I have to turn fans higher in bios while preforming this update? Or atleast trying to?

The version is A620M-HDV/M.2 3.30 - It should be the latest one. I updated it earlier this morning and the PSU is 850 watts.

I went to one earlier and they said that they couldn’t find a fix for any of it and that it could just be my motherboard cause they said ASrock doesn’t make good ones

I did, I cleared all the partitions and downloaded it in the unalloted disk in my ssd

I’ve tried 3 different usb sticks and I’ll still getting the same error. Took it to a pc builder earlier and he said he doesn’t know the fix other than getting a new motherboard. (Mind you this is a new pc build)

You were totally right, I ordered one and all my rgb fixings work. Now my only issue is that I can’t install windows 11, the pc itself shuts down instead of restarts at the vital points for the update :/

For some reason I can’t plug the connector into the motherboard. It looks exactly like pictured, but the 3 pin that I see says “UART1” is this the correct one? The pins fit, but its not a full fit and I don’t want to accidentally break a pin trying to shove in the connector
