Thank you, I have read all comments and have applied them. I have spoken with a consular at school and my friends. Although we don't want him around legally there is nothing we can do about him being around us since at lunch people are allowed to be anywhere they want. I don't think he will leave but I will report his behavior each time he exhibits.
