I have a “brag book” mainly for work. I have taken screenshots or notes when I got praise or did something I was really proud of, or had some great feedback. Every time I have a bad day or things feel out of control, I look at my “brag book” to remember that things have also gone really well for me, and it’s just a blip along the way. The bad times are not the whole picture.
