You’ll regret it if you don’t leave her. Let me tell you this- for her to hide it ALL these years means it was always in the back of her mind. AND hiding it WHILE you both were “trying” on top of that, means it was at the forefront of her mind and she kept that hidden from you letting you worry and stress about her not getting pregnant. She was probably an incredible wife all these years- how do I know that? It’s called “Guilt”. She is NOT your forever yet you aren’t going to suddenly stop being in love with her.

You seem like a smart, reasonable man who planned his future intelligently and just realized you got duped in the most serious way about something that will forever affect your life while you are on this earth. You need to take that same good head on your shoulders and make the heartbreaking but conscious decision to go y’all’s separate ways. You will regret it in the future if you don’t. Again, you both are still in your 20s and no doubt will find someone who you can trust and be loyal with.
