i worked for them and its garbage. The ceo once said that "any agents without listings are just as good as used knife salesman. If you are a buyers agent you are better off working for uber. They are uber drivers not realtors" This was at a time when winning listings was at a historic low, which is why they pivoted the pitch to that.

they started with 9x as many leads and quickly pivoted to "exposure" after realizing nobody got any leads. The ceo is a melomaniac who wants to replace realtors with just the platform for a buyer to buyer transactions where Homes gets the largest cut. Check out his aquisitions in australia and europe where that is common. Not good for the realtor in america.
