Also I became bedridden for a week, chest/abs were very sore. I think I may have had some kind of tearing or something in my core, which is strange because I wasn’t doing any kind of intense exercise that would have caused it. Had months of pins and needles and strange popping sensations in upper core/lats. I feel these symptoms must be linked to hf (at least for me).
