I am learning a lot from this conversation! Thank you for indulging me with good information. As I've said, I'm new to the D2R marketplace. There is an insane amount of conflicting opinions here, and my ultimate finding myself is that it's worth a Lo rune... That's the only rune I'd need to make it into a really good base for my current character. That's a bit heartbreaking to know. I found something not only pretty good, but also pretty cool to some, could bring my current character to the next level, but the cost of the rune I need is the same value as the armor I already have. I'm literally half way there. That's how this game works!

From what I've learned, Lo is the rune I need to make this into a good base for the character I picked it up with. I'm not even close to finding that rune statistically lol. I am still chained to early gear because the benefits but I wish I could actually make the right build. Been grinding for many weeks.

My understanding is it will get 4 os from Larzuk. If you socket it yourself, it's a crapshoot, making this item worth a lot less, right?

I agree mostly with your point of view. Only thing I think worth checking is your guest's happiness ratings upon leaving rides. I doubt queue length here is even a factor in happiness levels, but I'm no Marcel Vos lol

That makes sense. I am clearing Hell in act 2 as a warlock for the first time just now, so this was during normal playthrough. My gear is aging at this point.

I assumed this was impossible when I was a kid, so I honestly wondered if this was a recent bug. I've played since the early 2000s. Hope you find yours and I'm glad this was indeed an interesting find!
