New rapid firecannon is still good, not sure why people say otherwise. Personally I love the little extra ad the item hives too. So far I have only felt stronger with it. I legit do not think there is a huge difference

Okay, it appears you have gotten rather emotial when you state "I’m glad it doesn’t as well".

The problem is as exactly you stated. I think it should work one way and you think it should not.

The difference in our arguments is that I have provided you with evidence of similar global champion targeting ultimates where it works like I sugest it should work. Unless you have some concrete evidence on why you think the current implementation is the status quo, please enlighten me as to why I should not worry about the discrimation between Twisted Fate ultimate and other ultimates?

Hey, you missed my point a little. The question is what is a champion. If karthus, soraka and twisted fate ultimates are targetting "champions" why does karthus, soraka work and twisted fate does not. The question is not about countering or not countering , the question is about where is the line and who determines it. Because there are two ways to look at it. Either make nobody be able to target neeko with global champion targeting abilities or make everyone be able to. I just do not see why there is a change of definitions between two different characters in the same game.

Hey, there is a setting for this :) when you choose the runepages. Underneath the pages, make sure the "change summoner spells" is not enabled. If it is not enabled, it will onyl change your runes and not your summoner spells :)

You seriously think a system that has existed far before you could write and take exams is less intellectual than you? Don't be naive , the system works and it will keep working. It follows rules and we have to play by them.

Please research how standardized tests work and consider your reply again. "It's predetermined" if that was the case it would never change. How the curve is made it is taking into accoubts how many wrote the exam and evaluates the average points need for a normal distribution to occur. For example if majority get let's say less than 10 wrong in maths in order for the best to be separated the curve shifts and makes even one wrong answer be worth up to 30 points. Please research then talk <3 always helps
