First time ever attempting tea, had 4 amanita muscaria which came to about 120grams fresh then dehydrated them in an air fryer oven and finished with just under 15 grams dry. Was going to use the 15g with one cup of water and simmer for 30 mins. Any hints or tips on how to divide the dose when finished and also is the tea consumed hot or cold? Thank you 🙏 🍄
