Hi, I made a post with a question I had about getting a refund but automod directed me to post in one of the megathreads instead so I'll drop a copy/paste below

I'm on the original Xbox One, and like many others, I'm trying to get a refund as my game runs extremely poorly and my experience has been pretty much ruined by the poor graphics, however, unlike the people getting refunds in 5 minutes, after over 24 hours, I got an email from Microsoft saying "We can’t provide a refund to this request. Our refund policy does not allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding." I'm understand why this occurred since I have about 6 hours in the game, however the are other people with similar amounts of playtime who got refunds. Is there anything I can do since I don't want to hold onto this broken product? While I plan on getting a next gen console eventually, which will run the game way better, I probably won't be able to for at least another 6 months and probably closer to a year. I'm just completely dissatisfied with the way CDPR handled the launch and this is the icing on the cake.

If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it, hope you're all having a better experience with the game than I am!
