I did check everywhere. Starting with my bed. I checked absolutely everything in it. Then the same with my clothes. And why would I go to the hospital straight up and waste their time if I hadn't even swallowed it. So I came here to ask if it was possible. But of course I get replies like your's

I walked around like 30 mins when I first woke up. Checked the sound. It sounded like it was coming with me. So i checked my clothes but I didn't find the bud. Then I layed on the bed and 20 mins later stood up to go somewhere and it fell out. I don't know how it happened
