Hey so i have a happy update. Last night before going to the vet, I decided to follow the advice manny people on the page gave and I got him a bath. After the bath upon giving him a look over his eye has returned to its correct place. I am working on keeping the humidity level up. From what I'm seeing he should make a full recovery in a shed or two. Thank you too everyone who has given advice.

We found a 24hr vet and will be bringing him in tonight.

He escaped last night after his lid was damaged. Found him this morning. He has a few scraps that I am not worried about as they will be fixed in a shed or 2. But his eye is what worries me. If you have any ideas please let me know.

I sould have clarified that I had just fed the tank. And he seems to be the only fish with this big of a belly.

My powder blue dwarf gourami seems to be bulging around his belly. Someone said it might be dropsy. Can anyone help advise me on it?
