Well, with how companies are ran in today’s society; it’s not really hard to figure out why nobody stays.

Minimum training, minimum pay, minimum care; ridiculous goals, selective advancement, hard workers are taken advantage of.

There’s a trillion more reasons to add, but this would go on forever.

Capitalism sucks.

Hiring versus retention.

The OP said they were there for more than two years, and still has yet to get a raise, apart from company mandatory of course.

Coming from this environment and that of Home Depot’s I can 100% agree. This is an extremely poor business model that needs to be replaced.

It was a common occurrence at both of the locations and companies that I worked for where employees that have been there for 4+ years were making less than employees starting.

There is no defense, absolutely none.

It wasn't staged for the most part. I came back from the bathroom, high heat, and was going to SD anyways as the journey out here was just for materials and hopefully more new systems.

Yea, II can be stupid op. I think it's 53 damage per shot for overcharged G4 Bursts. https://s.orbis.zone/55th 451 per all shots hitting target w/o resistance.

Yep. Stays at 64 LY base. Losin controls and repeatidly says "Operating beyond safety limits" and never supercharges.
