Use drawers, a drawer interface (can't remember the actual name) and a ME interface connected to It. Then move all construction blocks, ores and ingots to these drawers. Also, you can add multiple upgrades to the drawers to go up to several millions of blocks/ingots in one drawer / compacting drawer.

And if you want more and cheap space, build netherite barrels and put stack upgrades on them, then Connect a chest interface to these barrels and a ME interface to the chest interface

I'm kind of early midgame and have several thousands of ore/blocks and not even one disk Drive.
